The city of Haven rises directly from the Abiding Boneyard like a hatchling's castle from sand. The most stable streets are clearly marked, and warnings deter all but the most determined—or foolish—travelers from following the less reliable turns and alleyways. Haven's reputation is as shifting as its layout. Some regard it as an oddity, some as a cursed place, and some as the safest refuge in the Scarred Wasteland. The only truth of Haven is that even its Prophet does not know all of its secrets.

The city center’s main avenues and businesses are by far the most stable and bustle with activity at nearly all hours. Visitors are encouraged to remain in these well-populated and navigable areas unless accompanied by a resident they know and trust. Delve too deeply off the beaten path, and even the Plaguebringer's blessing may not be enough to safely return one to the city gates.
