You approach the cliffside, shivering from the intense cold biting at your bones, punishing you for foolishly getting lost within the blizzard tearing through the dense forests bordering Snowsquall Tundra. You nearly slip off the edge as you curse yourself. But as you peer around through the intense fog, trying to get your bearings, it dissipates before your very eyes and reveals a valley of pine trees and sanctuary. Dragons of all kinds turn their heads to look up at you, and you wonder if its all a dream...
You're almost knocked off your feet as a gigantic black shape hurtles upwards through your gaze, before landing with a thundering boom before you. The huge obsidian imperial, clad in silk and decorated with glowing golden symbols, looks down upon you with a smile as warm as the light radiating from his body.

The Clan of IceLight was formed during a civil war between ice dragons, with those not of ice birth but who lived in the region taking a side between the two. Ferno was one of these dragons, watching a battle of senselessness destroy lives for the sake of some petty squabble.
Instead of picking between two wrongs, he decided to be a right, taking those who didn't wish to fight away under his gigantic wing. Among these first 7 dragons, Scholar the Nocturne kept the travellers warm with her flame through the bitter cold nights, and PinkLightning the Fae used her arcane magics to heal the sick. Until finally, they found somewhere to call home.

Despite his Light Flight origin, Ferno leads those that look up to him as if he too was born of the cold. A simple band of refugees became a Clan, built on the values of sanctuary, balance, acceptance, and never turning away those in need. All dragons of all elements are welcome. Although they have the main location where the dragons of Icelight can choose to reside in, some members don't even stick to the clan territory, like Rhiain, who remains in her Jungle home unless summoned, and Atlantis, who spends most of her time with the Maren within the seas.

When faced with conflict, however, Wendigo bellows from the mountain tops and the skies thunder with the wingbeats of the Iceflight Forest dragons, drawn from all corners of Sornieth to defend their home and their Sanctuary.

Thus, the combination of Ice and Light mark the banners of these dragons, soft warmth and light and frigid strength going arm-in-arm.

FUN FACT: Ferno is inpired by my GoT character's dragon of the same name and same black gold colouration!

ABOUT ME

My name is Starr, 21, and i am a dragon/dinosaur/animal lover, artist, writer and tea gremlin. I am autistic, Bi, and am almost always half awake! Forgive me if I am a bit dumb sometimes, I struggle to wrap my head round things sometimes!

I have a habit of buying and customizing dragons to be based off of characters from many different things, and we won't talk about how many gems and how much treasure I have lost in this pursuit-

I'm a sucker for Imperials, Coatls and Aberrations, though i do have a soft spot for Wildclaws due to Atlantis(my fav wildclaw)

Usually any dragons in my "for sale" tab are available for inquiries or purchase, if they aren't on auction I am most likely waiting for them to be older or waiting for an offer on them
