It began simply enough. Saffron was a headstrong young mirror who had found himself alone in the ever-growing contagion. Soon enough, as he was wont to do, Saffron found himself in a fight he couldn't win. The victor left him bleeding and unconscious.
There it was that Sphyre found him. She tended his wounds and brought him back from the edge of oblivion. From there on, the two founded this clan, bringing in outcasts and raising them alongside their own children. But of course, the time will come that Sphyre and Saffron must heed the call of the Plaguebringer, and leave their family.
