Exalting Policy: I do exalt dragons, though mostly my own hatchlings or breeding dragons I don't need anymore. If I buy your dragon you can let me know if you are passionate about them not being exalted, and I will return or try to rehome them instead when I'm done with them.

No bother at all. I actually only bought 100 tickets (50kt). I couldn't really afford any more. The last winner said they put in 200. I guess you don't have to be rich to win (I'm sure it helps tho), just lucky
