A group of dragons whose lives are dedicated to the study of magic. All are welcome as long as you are willing to help to achieve the goal of magical knowledge.
Scholars will have strong magical abilities and a curiosity to learn more about the world around them. Once they are of age, they may choose between remaining in the territory and venturing out to learn more and spread the name of the Scholars.

Given the friendly and inquisitive natures of the two groups, it is not unheard of for nomadic dragons to stay on the territory. They respect the other dragons' generosity, causing no trouble and joining with them to exchange stories of their travels and news of the rest of the world for the food and shelter offered.
These dragons do not often stay for long, appearing suddenly in the middle of the night and leaving just as abruptly within a day or two, for the life of a Nomad is to continue to travel.
