About the Lair

A lore-based lair based off of J.R.R Tolkien's Lord of the Rings set in the Starwood Strand.

History of Lothlorien

Despite the robust scripts depicting the Kingdom and its modern development, the majority of its antiquity has been lost by the passage of time. Substantial amounts of knowledge accepted as history is mainly speculation, based off of lingering stories and vague texts.

It is essential to recognize that Lothlorien’s swath of territory has not been enterally adorned by the Mallorn’s golden iridescence. The first documented reference of a glittering sapling originates from several thousand years ago. It is speculated several scattered settlements already existed in the area at this time, but the rapid sprouting and growth of the mysterious magical flora attracted dragons from throughout Sornieth.

It wasn’t long before the Golden City was under intense construction. A dragon’s natural draw to magical secrecy made that the discovery of the intense energy that the Mallorn radiates quickly arrived. Governmental administration was promptly developed in effort to ensure regulation of the exploding population of Lothlorien.
