Others also seem to have problems with trades and receiving what they bought, so I am sure you are not the only one. Check to see if there's a bug, and if there isn't one, I'd report that user.
Okay, I checked the thread with the DOM shop, and I'm pretty sure they're scamming, even with the screenshots they sent you. There are still ways they can crop out your trade or PM, and they could have deleted your PM after taking your money.
Hi, I noticed your comment on Aequorin's userpage, and I recommend you ask Mutron or make a thread in the Bug Report Forums. The user you are sending money to might also be scamming; just remember that! I would ask them for a screenshot for proof.
