PROUD TO BE THE LARGEST DUBIOUS SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH FACILITY EAST OF THE SCARRED WASTELAND!
MANY YEARS AGO, A POWERFUL PAIR OF WILDCLAWS NOTICED THIS ONCE PEACEFUL LIGHT CLAN AND DEVISED A PLAN TO MAKE IT THEIR OWN. THANKS TO THE COOPERATION OF A FEW POWERFUL MEMBERS OF THE CLAN, THEY WERE ABLE TO MARCH INTO THIS TERRITORY AND COMPLETELY OVERTAKE IT, SLAYING MANY AND SPARING THE "USEFUL". USING THE CLANS' WEALTH, MANY EARTH AND FIRE DRAGONS WERE COMMISSIONED TO BUILD A GIANT FACILITY OUT OF QUARTZ AND STEEL, MESA TECHNOLOGY, AND PLAGUEBORN SCIENCE AND... PURPOSE.
