As one might expect, the Kuroda clan works from the shadows. Those who know how to seek them out can find their den deep within the marsh. They provide a variety of services to dragons who can pay. Need protection? Something procured? Someone eliminated? They can handle it. It's not cheap; but they always complete the contract. |
