i for one would definitely love a content warning when going to some lairs. or at least a bio warning or something. it would be nice. a lot of people have expressed being squicked/triggered by plague/shadow primal, multigaze ect
i mean iirc the site was never meant for little kids so idk why they wont do more with plague - what they need to do is implement a like warning system that people can toggle for their lairs if they're gore/horror/whatever
also the way no one is allowed to criticize things on this site is whack i mean i love the place dgmw but if theyre offering a payable service they need to be open to criticism. and plague shouldnt have been included if they werent gonna commit to the bit
like no one said the winning art wasnt good the problem was the fact that none of them fit the theme when the winners wouldve done better for like nature or whatever - the art was good but out of place
also i hate how the devs shifted the blame to the users instead of taking responsibility for what they did AND created a narrative that we were bullying the contest winners when that wasnt true
me too especially with how the last plaguefest went i hope the devs know that plagues feeling a bit shafted. plague was my first flight so i'm like GIVE THEM GOOD STUFF

tbh thats probably why these ancients are so tame so far, it kinda makes me worried about like what to expect for the next ones. plague primal better be gross though

yeah thats kinda what i meant like how they said multiple wings or legs or no legs but so far we've only gotten 1 ancient out of the 3 that fit a nonstandard body type. i want some funky stuff >:3
i hope they start doing something more adventurous. i like the veils but theyre too much like skydancers to really be that original. so far banes are the only ones that have really done anything unique. a limbless dragon would be cool though :000
definitely roots n branches would be great. maybe like grass or um - a big worm. just a big fuzzy worm dragon. there we go.
