Whispers of tragedy had been following what was once the clan of Everburn for what seemed like eons, until one calm night it felt no longer content to just idle by. The harsh terrain and inexperience of living in the Shattered Plain left the clan weak, fatigued and on constant guard of themselves from rival clans. The most recent attack was swift and cruel, taking all of the clan out in one fell swoop--Except for two young Coatl who managed to escape. With their new found hope of survival, they made their way slowly to The Southern Icefields; a frigid home that might accept them not as outsiders, but as refugees of the inhospitable clans who scorned them.
