The Zephyr Steppes is a place where dragons, carried by their wings and the wind and whatever will take them, tend to gather. A ragtag band of travelers, outcasts, and dreamers has come together in the shade of a grove of bamboo. It is a place where weary heads are laid down, stories are told, and no harm can come to anyone. It is safe here, in the gentle ever-blowing breeze, and the dragons are welcoming. So come, sit down on the soft green grass, rest your tired wings, stay awhile.
