Clan rules:
Only a leader can wear as much apperal as possible.
The deputy in command can wear as mich as they want as long as its less than the leader.
And the third longest dragon can wear 3.
Weak dragons sold or exalted
Traitor dragons sold or exalted
Anyone who challenges the leader must be banished if they fail. if leader fails he/she is banished.

Leader can decide which dragon can get sold. If the dragon getting sold objects, they are challenging the leader.
