The Clan is run by Lorilei but is represented by Kaios.

A large crystalline mountain stands before towering shimmering birch trees, this place situated in the Starwood Strand, is a home to many of those who could not find their destiny elsewhere. Some have come for refuge, some because they had been outcast-ed, and some purely because of the beauty of the land. I like quite a few of your dragons! (Found you because apparently Pluto is a relative to my dragon Kira. XD I just like looking at who my dragons are related to by blood, sadly most seem to have come from a long line of rejects...)
