Gonna cherish that comment. :'3 I agree, Anderson was a phenomenal foil for Alucard - the show did an amazing job of showing how two extremes could loop around to the same thing, because by God was the Judas Priest terrifying. He had honor, but not really the kind I'd count on to spare me, you know? And exactly! Alucard really did want the chance to be defeated by him, his "worthy opponent", and that's why it broke his heart when Anderson instead forsook his humanity and took the same unending path he had all those centuries ago. I still cry at that death scene. Fsdfsdg...
