Ever since I started my clan, I always thought that having a family of dragons would be a cool idea. Now (with being on for more than a year) I have two, the Calagons and the Scales.

If you are wondering about buying any of my dragons, I am willing to sell, just not any that end with calagon or scale as they are the main dragons of my clan. Other than that I would be glad to give up some of my dragons.




Years after the clan began, there was a sudden freeze that paused the clan's progress. The great leader of the clan went into hibernation to await some unknown future event. The event happened three years after the great leader entered hibernation.

A purge of unprecedented proportion wreaked havoc upon the clan. Many of the lesser dragon species began to die. Then the great leader awoke from his deep sleep and brought new dragons - the Obelisks - into the clan to save as many as possible.

To save the lesser species from the purge, the Obelisks guided many to new homes, some never to return. Other dragons were convinced to enter into a hibernal state to await the day when the purge would leave the clan. However, the founding families of the clan (the Calagons and the Scales) made a drastic decision. They knew that they could not abandon the clan complete nor enter into hibernation, so they did something they had never done before: bred with dragons of a rarer species and selected the first non-spiral progenitors to carry on their respective lines.

Now, the clan continues to lose the lesser species, albeit at a slower rate. The only spirals to survive without hibernation had mutations that allowed them to overcome the purge. With hope that someday a cure will be found, the Obelisks continue to provide means of support to the clan and bring great joy to all the dragons who call it home.

And the founding families? Though not as strong as before, their decedents still continue to reside in the clan and keep the long held tradition of selecting one of each generation to bear the family name.
