Just a witchy necromancer tending to his dragons.
Clan Story...
The contagion swept over the forest of dragons that serve now as a plague clan, though still sticking to their forest-y roots (ba-dum-tss!)
Most of them have taken up necromancy to add to the magic they already knew since the plague has made bringing things to life easier (even though they come back grosser than before... And with more tentacles).
Basically the clan is either a rotting wastelander or a necromancer.
