Amariek's Clan
Madness is like gravity. All it takes is a little push!
Clan Info
Welcome to my clan! I spent way too much of my time online here, mostly spent trawling the forums, staring at pretty dragons, and saving up for all the super shiny and super expensive stuff I want *gazes covetously at Arcane Sprite*. Anyways, enjoy your visit, watch your step, and if you see any explosions, run in the other direction and deny everything!
Note: 3 hrs ahead of FR clock. I sometimes share an IP address with PrettilyTired.
A Little Lore
"Not all those who wander are lost" -JRR Tolkien
Alexander had wandered the Starfall Isles for many years. He did not recall where he had come from, or where he was going to. Tundras are notorious for their poor memories after all. All he could remember was coldness, like that found on the coast bordering the Southern Icefield, and a sweet, faint aroma that could only be described as friendship. He spent years searching for that scent which always seemed just out of reach, before he gave up and simply rambled through the land, alone.
As far as Kara knew, she had never been a part of a pack. Occasionally she would be beset by the memory of Mirrors that she assumed were her parents, of the far away sight of Sornieth as if seen from the Focal Point, of the sensation of falling from a vast height, but those memories were fast pushed away. She did not want to linger on thoughts of what had once been. For years she had survived all by herself. She didn't need anyone else. She was savage, and cunning, and cruel, and alone.
One day, a storm hit the Starfall Isles. It came on with all the speed and ferocity of a Wildclaw, forcing every dragon to take cover or risk getting swept up in it. In a small, abandoned lair in the Crystalspine Reaches, two wandering dragons found shelter from the pelting rain and vicious winds. Alexander and Kara huddled together in their shared shelter, unable to find dry wood to make a fire. They hardly spoke, neither of them being the most talkative of species, but simply found comfort in the company of someone who was just as alone as they were.
They stayed together after the storm was gone. Neither of them were quite sure why, but it felt right. As they wandered, they began to collect other lonely dragons, those without clans of their own to call home. They eventually settled down, unable to travel as much, since their ragtag band of followers had become a proper, Arcanist-blessed clan.
The clan grew and prospered, expanding as the members had children of their own. However, it still opens its doors to dragons looking for a clan and a family to call their own, to weary travelers wanting a hot meal and a bed to sleep in for the night, and to the occasional bright-eyed scholar in need of a rest as they make their way to the Observatory to serve under the Arcanist. More often than not, those not expecting to spend more than a few hours end up staying for much longer than that, as is the nature of the clan.

Sirocco reminds me of an elder dragon, and old warrior.
Puck's genes and colors are definitely something I wasn't expecting, but I really enjoy them!! : )
Merlin is a fantastic name for a spiral methinks, his colors are so pleasing and all work in agreement.
