I do not mind questions or random people striking up discussions with me, though I am often slow to respond. I do not accept random friend requests unless I have chatted with a person at least once.
I will not get offended if you see a dragon in my lair you may want to buy, nor will I become upset with queries towards them. Though if you do wish to purchase a dragon, please have an offer ready for me instead of asking how much I want for it.
