~The Clan of Sicarius~
When the Deities first brought themselves together to bless the land of Sornieth with their dragon children, they decided that they must create representatives among their children to maintain order as to allow themselves to retire and live their immortal lives in seclusion, carrying out their ever so godly tasks. So they held a counsel and decided that every year an Incarnation (sometimes more than one) would be born among the dragons carrying the power of each the Deities. These Incarnations will protect the dragon race from all great dangers that would otherwise lead to a pestering of the Deities. But the question arouse of where these powerful lords of the elements will reside.
The Deities learned of a strange human who had survived the painful "incident" that resulted in a certain pink Deity's birth. His name was Sicarius and he was a rather eccentric man but he kept an immaculate lair and was the only human they had ever seen that had enough will in his heart to stand up to the dragons that often tried to attack his lair. So they bestowed upon him the honor of caring for the Incarnations that would be the saviors of Sornieth. Strangely he responded to this cosmic honor with a gruff grunting noise that the Deities took for a "Thank you".
However the one condition that Sicarius laid before them was that all the Incarnations no matter how powerful, had to be subject to the King of the Clan and his Queen. Lannister and Cersei. They were a lowly Fae and Guardian pair that seemed altogether unremarkable.
The Flamecaller questioned Sicarius "Why should these feeble beings hold stock over our own Incarnations?".
Sicarius responded "In my clan the strength of your heart is the ultimate strength. All else means nothing for in the end we are all feeble in your godly eyes. All that will separate us is our character and the deeds we have done in the name of good. That much you cannot match even your subjects in."
The Deities stood silent for a long time until the Earthshaker in his ironically unshakable wisdom rumbled "The human is right. We have committed many wrongs so we should know a being that truly strives to do what is right is a rare and remarkable thing. They should be the leaders among our children."
The Deities slowly began to see his logic and upon examining Lannister's and Cersei's history they found them to be the two most righteous of their children in all of Sornieth. The Deities agreed that their Incarnations had much they could learn from the two of them and agreed to Sicarius's appeal.
Now enter the lair of Sicarius and gaze upon the Incarnations of the Elemental Deities....
