"I think it depends. When I was in the Scarred Wasteland, I saw a lot of things. The land itself, while often horrifying, could be strangely beautiful in it's own macabre way. It was the same with the dragons. Some were monsters out for blood, others were... Beautiful isn't the word to really describe them, they were oddly inspiring. I mean, if they could truly live out there, what can I do? I think it was because of those people that I came the Isles in the first place."[/center]

"I don't have much of a reason for going anywhere I go other than being absolutely homeless. That clan back there is only feeding me and stuff for the time being because I never allow them to trick or treat in peace. I don't really have a home though. I only hang around because I have nothing better to do. Nothing like stealing the charge of someone in the clan every now and then," He cackled. Haven seemed completely unbothered by the fact that he just admitted he felt that Avolare wasn't his home. He hummed happily as he had been doing most of the time during their little journey to the Starfall Isles. In fact, Haven was relatively unbothered by a lot of things. Shade would have to find that out for himself though. [/font][/size]

Join my clan. I'm sure we could talk to the leaders about it. They take in a lot of dragons. They took in me." Shade didn't know why, exactly, he had offered this up to Haven. Maybe it was his own want for someone to talk to, maybe the want to give Haven a true home, gods only knew. He wasn't lying either, based on everything he had heard, the clan was largely made up of dragons that the kind hearted leaders had taken in. Even if Shade technically hadn't been approved by them, a monster such as himself never would be, he was positive they would do it for Haven.[/center]

He was silent for a few minutes. "Mm I don't believe I'd mind hanging out for a while. I may not stay forever though but such is the way of the thief. Are you sure you know what you're getting yourself into? I am a kleptomaniac according to those who've hung around me long enough and I've heard that I'm [i]terribly[/i] annoying," Haven responded. Alas, Shade really only saw himself as a soon to be a monster, if he wasn't one already. [/center]

He assumed they were getting close now but honestly he had no idea.[/font][/size]

He turned to look at Haven with a smile. "We're here." Shade began to fly closer to the ground, before landing gently onto the beach, able to see the lights of the base just a ways down from where he was.[/center]
