This’ll be a standard challenge (link to rules [url=http://www1.flightrising.com/forums/qnc/1936380]here[/url]), but I may modify that as time elapses because I’m notoriously capricious. Anyhow~ Before the ball is set rolling, it’s time to find ourselves a hecking ugly dergo, lemme tell you I am very excited, the ugly is real. Prepare for squinting oddly at this wild color combo! Now all she needs is a man. Let’s begin! [center][b][u]FOUNDER’S MATE[/u][/b] [url=http://flightrising.com/main.php?dragon=44268032] [img]http://flightrising.com/rendern/350/442681/44268032_350.png[/img] [/url] Male Ridgeback | Cottoncandy Cherub | Royal Seraph | Teal Thylacine I’ve found her a man! This here is Chompy; he and Miseria belong together forever. Theirs is a tale of love at first sight. That aside, Chompy is a precious dergo (although I strongly dislike Ridgeback males) and the perfect complement for Miseria in that I like in him what I hate in her (namely, colors). But now, since they both have a (totally coincidental) CD of a week and a half, we must wait. For some reason most of the nests I’ve been breeding have been yielding 1-2 eggs so fingers crossed that this upcoming one at least gives three!

August 22, 2018: Bought Founder Miseria
• Bought Chompy to be Miseria’s mate; buckled down for an 11-day wait

September 3, 2018: Set Miseria and Chompy on a nest; 3 egg yield

September 8, 2018: Hatched three children; 1 Ridgeback boy, 1 Tundra boy, 1 Tundra girl (our heir, Enspell)
• Bought Ensnare to be Enspell's mate; yo it's time again for waiting rip my patience

September 23, 2018: Set Enspell and Ensnare on a nest; literally one (1) egg yield; I’m cryin

September 28, 2018: Our egg hatched and we have our heir, Allura
• Bought Julian to be Allura’s mate; and now we wait more or less impatiently

October 14, 2018: Set Allura and Julian on a nest; bless the Lord they gave us 3 eggs

October 19, 2018: Hatched three babes— all are Fae children. Our heir is Meilani
• Meilani’s man is named Sundown; he’s a pretty guardian boyo

November 3, 2018: Set Meilani and Sundown on a nest; 3 eggs wooo

November 8, 2018: Hatched three cuties; our heir is named Macaroon (He's our first boy!)
• Macaroon's wife is named Eclair; she's a Skydancer, so the breeding CD is gonna be a while

December 3, 2018: Set Macaroon and Eclair on a nest; 3 egg yield
• this will be the last hatch I’m doing for this challenge, so I’m modifyig the rules: I’ll pick any of the hatchlings as my final heir and make it my next permadragon project

December 8, 2018: This is the end!! Thanks, everyone!
• The last nest hatched 3 Faes, 1 girl, 2 boys! I picked the girl to keep as my next permadragon project!

I wish I found a founder uglier than the one I did, but I was impatient so would only look at RTB dragons and that limited my selection greatly :P

Yes. Am I disappointed that she’s a Tundra? Yes again. But at least her breeding cooldown will be shorter...small recompense for having her sit in my lair for the next 3 weeks. Oh well... I am, however, grateful for her more muted tertiary. It could’ve been so much worse, like her brother Tachyon. At least we’ve managed to leave behind the Jupiter/Saturn genes! Anyhow~ The next order of business is to find Enspell a man, perhaps someone with a prettier tertiary gene? And someone who’ll allow for a wider range of colors (and a different breed). [s]Will update further later on, after work, once she’s got a man.[/s] ALRIghtYYYYYY~ Update (Sept 8, 2018 at 18:17 FRT) I've found her a man; he's not...bad-looking. So-so, I guess we should say, but his colors will (hopefully) help us flush out the blue/purple/gray theme the Heir has going on. On that same note, I'm hoping to breed out the Tundra breed as well. Without further ado, here is our next boy! With any luck, this next generation will have better results than its predecessor!
