When you hesitate, he reaches into his sack and pulls out a bit of food, waving it not patronizingly at you. "Come ooon, I know an artist when I see one! And all artists are hungry. I've got food, and it could be your food~!"
You follow the mirror up the islands of the Focal Point, where the festivities stretch on and on, star jars piled high and constellations painted onto high-flying banners. In fact, you go all the way up to the end of the festival... to the Observatory. Oh, gee. Is the Arcane Flight's shrine really this open to the public?
When you get there, you see a vividly lime-green guardian with an endearing pink neck bow hammering a sign into the ground: 'ASTRAL MURALISTS: Starfall Art Challenge!'
He looks up with a smile, nodding eagerly to you and then Xavven. "Hi, hun. Got another artist?"
"You bet! Kilo, dear, go ahead and explain. I'll keep hunting 'em down!"
The guardian nods again and the mirror scampers off. It's then that the intimidating, spine-clad dragon turns to you, though his smile is quite soft. "Hi. Let me explain...
"It was our first time at the Observatory, and don't get me wrong, it's beautiful in there. But here's the thing... the walls are a little bit... bland. Well, Xavven threw a fit, and honestly, so did I! So in the tradition of our clan, we marched right up to the exalts and demanded the right to decorate the Observatory with artwork. And - guess what - we got clearance!
"What that means is we need art, and pronto. So we figured, why not make an event out of it? The best pieces will be hung in the halls of the Observatory, and slightly less importantly, we'll give the winning artist enough food for half a clan to feast for weeks!"
He adjusts his goggles, then gestures towards the Observatory: Shrine of the Arcane Flight, golden and grandiose in its ascent. "So, what do you say? You in?"

Fantastic! Here's how you enter...
