After hearing about the Riot of Rot she immediately sets off to the Scarred Wasteland as her greatest adventure. The founder of their nomadic clan, they excitedly organized everyone and set out towards the Scarred Wasteland at the crack of dawn to make it for the start of the Riot of Rot. Kairin decided to lead their clan through [b]area #30[/b]. OUO @Kialla [i]Kairin flies up behind Theta, pokes her in the butt, and zooms away. [s]The other two nomadic clan leaders simultaneously facepalm.[/s][/i]

@Kialla Theta squinted into the wind of the abiding boneyard, her mantle protecting her from the worst of the abrasive sand that needled her scales and caked beneath her claws. Beside her her kelpie familiar snorted its displeasure at the arid climate, but despite the complaints and rough terrain Theta was excited to explore this mysterious landscape that had called out to her for so long. The rest of the clan thought she was crazy for venturing into hostile Plague territory, but she was never one to back down from a challenge, and the abiding boneyard was a mecca of exploration for those that dared defy its dangers. The skeletons and remains that littered the ground were a good reminder of those, though they had become so common she barely payed them any attention any more. But as she topped a rise she was faced with the ribcage of a long dead behemoth. She stopped to consider the scale of the thing, and then began to get the feeling of being watched. Her kelpie whinnied beside her, picking up a scent. And there, pacing behind the bones, she saw a [center][item=carrioncorn][/center]

@KairinRose The border was a mass of tendrils and mushrooms, the blue glow of the shadowlands taking on the ruddy red hue of plague. Kairin chirped to themselves, excited to arrive at last. Behind them the rest of the clan was emerging from beneath the trees of the Tangled Wood, and Kairin waved them on impatiently, not wanting to miss even a minute of the upcoming festivities. As they crossed into the Plaguelands proper, Kairin's aer phantom raced up and over the roots and tendrils, helping them find the easiest path through the mire. Suddenly it returned in a frantic series of loop-de-loops, indicating it had discovered something ahead. Kairin fluttered forward, eager to meet a friend but ready to face a foe. There, in the middle of their path, waited a [center][item=Serthis Alchemist][/center]

@3idolon As her Kelpie and the Carrioncorn size each other up Theta takes the opportinity to study the creature. Upon further study the Carrioncorn slowly draws nearer to Theta with the sent of food on the wind. She decides to give them a small snack and allows the to tag along with until they go home to make new friends.

While capable enough of fighting, Ivan is a bit of an oddity—while being a member of Karakura all the way back in the Shifting Expanse, he’d taken to dressing up really warmly, like winter was coming. Well, it technically was, even if the Expanse didn’t experience much of the cold white weather that the Southern Icefield got so much of. He was looking for someone, a certain someone. But how the heck did he end up so far from home, anyway? “Well, I guess it won’t hurt to look…” he muttered to himself, coming in for a landing at the glowing… reddish-green… center of what he remembered was called ‘the Wyrmwound’ by Quarry, one of his constant companions whenever they would go out on training missions alongside Sora.
