Ok so funny story to go along with this one:
My lightning rep was the first dream dragon I ever designed, and I was determined to breed it as a wildclaw since the scrolls are so expensive. I did have some luck, finding a male coatl that was only one colour off - it was just finding the mate that was the hard part.
I went through quite a few pairs with no success. Eventually I asked the community for help and got a response from several people, including Foxlan who had a male wildclaw with close colours, but I only had the male coatl. I said screw it and asked another person if I could borrow their midnight/midnight/grapefruit wildclaw to breed with my shadow/shadow/banana coatl so I could have something to breed with Foxlan's dragon.
WHAT WERE THE CHANCES they would breed me the EXACT combo I wanted (correct gender, breed and all!) IN THE WRONG NEST?!

.....AND WHAT WERE THE CHANCES THEY'D BREED ME TWO OF THEM!?!??!

So yeah, identical twins with everything right except the eye colour. I got really lucky and really unlucky at the same time. Since I want the eventual design to be my flight rep, I have to re-breed the combo. Fortunately this should be a lot easier as after breeding a midnight/midnight/grapefruit coatl I bought off someone with Foxlan's shadow/shadow/lemon wildclaw I got this bab:

Stormcloud: A female Midnight/shadow/Grapefruit wildclaw. Breeding her with one of my boys gives me a 50% chance of getting the correct combo I want. So once again I'm happy.
But still. Hoooowww did this happen?
Oh and if anyone's interested in the identical boys I'll probably be selling them once I've bred my flight rep, so just ask me to note you down.

@amyatzu there's no such thing as gold, only yellow. I'll ping you when the drawings are done :) that is definitely a special ice rep, especially as a genone! I prefer genones but I'm stubborn about colours so can't really do them.

UPDATE: all is well! My sister stitched together the broken laptop with tape, blue-tack, paper and superglue. It's a Frankenstein's laptop now - but it works!
