I'm trying out making an accent for the upcoming Rockbreaker's Ceremony, but when I try to paint on the "accent goes here" layer, it won't let me paint. I'm using Clip Studio Paint Pro. Does anyone know what to do?

In some files that layer is turned to invisible by default. Check that first. If that is not the problem a screenshot might help. I'm unfamiliar with that program but maybe we can see what is up with a screenshot.

@Ekon The layers are all visible, but I see that the blending mode is set to "Through?" I've never used that blending mode, so here's a screenshot:

Looking at the screenshot the layers are indeed turned invisible. They eye symbol is greyed out.
