Hawks isn't in the anime yet, but basically he's a pro hero who's spying on the LOV, but the latest chapter indicates that he might switch sides and become an actual villain (it's only a possibility tho)

He was mentioned once in the anime, for one of Bakugous flashbacks. He has super tiny red wings. They were about 7/8.

We all have different opinions and that's totally fine. Personally I think Hawks is already an interesting character, but making him switch sides would make him even more interesting. Though, based on his actions and thoughts earlier in the manga, I don't think he'll become a villain, but he'll probably take drastic measures to keep his cover. I don't think he killed Best Jeanist, but he could've kidnapped him or smth. That's just what I think, but maybe he'll become a villain after all. And yea, he might be a bit overrated.

It wasn’t a big moment, it wasn’t even 20 seconds long, so I don’t blame you. He doesn’t look much like the hawks in the manga. ( looked him up. )
