the guide was really useful, whoever i have a problem, i can solve the start fairly quick, but i get stuck in the bottom with this form...

The bottom of the two shadow tiles should be clicked, turning both tiles to light and the tiles on either side of the bottommost on to shadow. From there, you want to click the 2nd to last tile in the top row, top right (3rd tile if you count from the left) and then continue solving down as regular.
