This program was coded through Visual Basic, and went through a lot of rigorous testing to make sure it doesn't break upon use. :P This program simply converts inputted data into BBCode text, and does not modify the site, download assets, or otherwise interact with the site in any way. ------------------------- [LIST] [*]We will be moving all download links to our Github for future releases (and transparency; our code will be available for viewing once we clean up the organically grown garbage pile that is our code. [b]INSTALLING[/b] Just slap this bad boy on your desktop and you're good to go. Right now, the program will export text files containing your code onto the desktop (See our Future Roadmap below to see what changes we have in store in future builds!). Because this program creates files on your desktop, please whitelist it with your antivirus. You may have to re-whitelist this with every update (Until we include checking for updates. See our Future Roadmap!) Windows Defender MAY ask if you want to run this program. You may also have to run this as an administrator. [b]Note:[/b] Your antivirus may flag this as a virus. It's not. I promise. The old builds of this work just fine, but for SOME reason when we rebuilt it, one day it was fine and the next our antivirus said "nope". We're working towards trying to figure this out (in a way that doesn't cost us hundreds of dollars), but until then, you will have to whitelist where you save the program at. We recommend making a folder and whitelisting that folder from your scans. (Once we clean up the spaghetti that is this code, we will have it available for full transparency! But right now it's a huge chaotic mess) [b]USING THIS PROGRAM[/b] This program only needs your input; it will fill in the blanks in the code, and export a text document so you can simply copy and paste said BBCode into the forums. As previously stated, this application does not retrieve any information or assets from the Flight Rising servers. Once you're done, hit the Export button at the bottom. It will export a text document into the folder the program is located in with the dragon's name. Simply open the document, copy the code, and paste it into the forums! Easy peasy. [b]FOR MAC USERS[/b]: You will have to use Wine, a program that allows you to run .exe files on your Mac. Unfortunately, at this time this is the only way to run this program, but otherwise it will run just like on PC (Thanks to @missnanners!)

A: Make sure you have whitelisted this program with your antivirus, as well as running it in Administrative Mode. Q: Where did it save the BBCode? A: On your desktop. It will be a .txt document with the dragon's name as the title. Q: It says I have an error! Q: Will you make this a website/mobile app/for mac/linux/etc? A: Most likely not. We don't know any other programming languages, and...yeah. Nah. XD Q: Have you added X yet? I enjoyed testing the program. It's a breeze to use, and it is sure to take a lot of the effort out of running a hatchery that may make it seem like an unapproachable chore. You've done a wonderful thing for the community~

We might be able to export it into a MAC format for you and other mac users; we'll have to look into it I know nothing about macs and exporting things into that format so a bit of research is necessary lol

UPDATED!

We've updated it to include Tapir and Striation. The next update will have some very nice QOL changes and graphics and it'll be super pretty.... but only when Wasp comes out. :P
