Welp they just made a new feature that render my guide completely useless.
Now you just have to click on the on the right side of your desired post's bar, you can easily copy and paste the link to create a index.
Though I'm still having my old method up just for memeories sake.
Some people had came and ask me how I did the quick link inside my hatchery
I did it differently compare to other people who uses the "quote" function.
I use "Inspect Element". In which it lets you link to any post you wish.
If you only care for your own posts, here's another way to do it.
Here's the step by step guide:
First,
Right click on the bar of the post you wish to link to, click on Inspect.
The box below should pops out,
Once opened, you should see that your desired post is already highlighted.
Click open the drop down menus, you should see, the following, <dive id="xxxxxx">...</div>
<i>xxxxx: element of the desired post, not important</i>
Now expand the
And there's your post ID number. <a id="######"></a>
In which the number is your post id number.
Now, just like your usual url posting.
At the end of the url, simply type in your jotted down number with a "#" in front.
There! Now you had just done a in thread link!
*Warning: page link can be on different page, but you have to be mindful the page that the post is at. If you use a post number with a different page, it will not work out. It will simply bring you to the top of the indicated page.
i.e. I put this quick link on the second page, I need to use the url code with indication of page number, with the post number in the very end of the link.
since my post is on the first page of the thread.
Hope this helps! Any question just ping @oneirodrakon or PM me :)

players can also use the "edit" function to find the specific ID number for one of their own posts!
If this is the URL that comes up when you select "edit," the post number you want is the one right before "/edit?ischild=1"
[example]
http://www1.flightrising.com/forums/rp/17193128/edit?ischild=1
