Deeply unlikely to get the eyes you want - it's better not to do it.
I used about 40 vials between two dragons in hopes of primal, and nothing. Other users have used up to ten times as many to the same lack of effect.

This bad boy ate 124 vials for primal so you can see how low the odd is .

You might get really lucky and get it after a few tries, you probably won't though so might be best not to bother trying.
I've used many many vials to get Rare and Unusual eyes on lots of my dragons, never got anything more than Rare (but I'm glad since I didn't want any of the rarer eyes on those dragons). Once it took 10+ just to get the pastelly Rare eyes I wanted. x_x
