I like Crescentstar711's suggestion. Seasonal and equinox and solstice dragons would be nice and well spaced. Many color choices as well.

Congrats on the new doggo!! I'll update the leveling hub with the decision about the new subset levels when I get home today :)
For holidays, perhaps we can track down a 2017 New Years dergs? There should be some still floating around.

I do like the idea of one or two valentine pairs! I know that doesn't match your plans for the raffle, maybe add them to the prize pool instead?

We could do one with matching lore and one where both get art--a couple's photo, or each gets a portrait of the other. Or both pairs get both lore and art!

If they're in the prize pool, they could be leveled or not, depending on what the levelers want to do.

If people are interested, of course. What say you, people?

But I could work up lore and/or art for one pair, if there's not a lot of volunteers.

First FeDog approves of putting aside pixel games for ones dog or future dog. Hopefully it will work out well for you all. Never forget that Yorkies were bred to be small to give them an advantage in the rat killing contests favored by Yorkshire miners. Small in body, but not spirit.

I personally think we should avoid national holidays for our holiday dragons.

How about an FR Anniversary dragon? The Solstices might work and give the chance for nonflight colors. Internationally recognized dates like: Halloween, New Year's (though we missed the chance to have a Skydancer or Imperial born on Lunar New Year's), eyeburners for April Fool's, Earth Day, etc. might work. Or for that matter, pick the ones FR turns into events - like the swan release on the 14th, April 1st, a harvest thing (turkey appearing in Boreal).

I'm thinking of solstice and equinox dragons which would be a more accurate seasonal dragons rather than meteorological season. I'm sure we'd be able to level the winter solstice dragon to level 10 during SS by Christmas and if no one else feels they have time during the hectic season I'd be willing to level them in time barring any mishap. I also believe that each holiday dragon should be paired. As to level that seems rather arbitrary and maybe left to a general vote since we're all responsible for what we can do for the general benefit of pulling all of the fun off for ourselves and eventually the totality of what we're doing for everyone come SS this year.
