The battledome is an incredibly old and widely enjoyed past time in Fire's history, surrounding a massive arena where only the land's strongest competitors would go to break in their armor, reaffirm the bonds they share with their clanmates, and prove themselves as fighters fit to serve in the armies of the Flamecaller. This year's Flameforger's Festival has sparked the opening of the Battledome to clans of all flights and as a gesture of friendship, and there is a wealth of treasures waiting to entice some battle champions out of the woodwork. You are welcome to register your team before this time, but battles cannot be recorded until after rollover. [b]Q: How do I battle for this event?[/b] A: Use the Rated match feature in the Coliseum! [img]http://i.imgur.com/u3leWeK.png[/img] [b]Q: What is the Roster?[/b] A: The roster is just a spreadsheet containing all the teams and users who have signed themselves up for this event. [b]Q: How do I use the Roster?[/b] A: Read everything about the use of the sheet before trying to edit anything. Enter your Username, ID Number, and the names of your 3 fighter dragons. Please [i]do not[/i] change the dragons in your team after registering. [b]Q: Can I register more than 1 coliseum team?[/b] A: While there is a lot of space on the roster, please only register and battle with the single 3-dragon team you've register. [b]Q: How can I find the dragons I've just been matched with?[/b] A: SAVE A SCREENSHOT. Open roster spreadsheet, use CTRL+F or CMD+F and type in the dragons' names one at a time. If you cannot find the full team anywhere on the roster, you are battling a [i]Rogue fighter[/i], which will do good things for your score! [b]Q: Help! The ranked battle function isn't working or is stuck on searching for an opponent![/b] A: This is likely to happen, don't panic! This could mean that not enough users are using Ranked Match. You might try refreshing and trying again, or even return to the coliseum a little later. Hopefully this doesn't happen too often if enough users participate in this event. [b]Q: When does this event end?[/b] A: Due to coliseum rollover timing, the event will end at 23:00 FR time on Saturday, August 27th. This is the time you need you screenshot your place on the leaderboard and ping one of the event staff in the thread. [b]Q: Can I vandalize the roster?[/b] A: No. If the roster gets vandalized, I and everyone participating in this event will be furious and [i]all scores will have to be reset[/i]. [br] [right][size=5][color=#ff5a00][b]Scoring & Prizes[/b][/color][/size][/right] ----- ----- Your chances of coming out a champ in the Battledome depends largely on whether or not you make it onto the Versus Leaderboard. If you have placed on the versus leaderboard in the coliseum, you need to take a screenshot of it at 23:00 FR time on Saturday and PING EVENT STAFF with it here. There are some additional stats to consider when the event comes to a close this Sunday: [list=1] [*]Your Average Wins to Losses. [*]Your total number of Rogues fought, which get multiplied by 2x. [*]Your overall Total Registered (Non-Rogue) Battles fought. [/list] [b]The top 5 registered players[/b] at the end of the festival will get to choose a prize pack based on how high they rank. The 1st place champion gets to choose first, and so on. Winners get to choose a 3 pack of one of the filigree armor sets for your dragons to wear with pride! I will be able to calculate your stats and announce them for you at the end of the festival. It is after this time the winners will be pinged to choose their prize!
