Beatrice is the closest thing my lair has to a 'Leader', though really she's just the one who makes sure everything runs smoothly. The actual founder is usually preoccupied with his studies, shunting all the actual management work onto her. She's very old and has a no-nonsense attitude, but is also fair and level-headed. Basil, my random progen, is the actual founder of my lair. He's a grumpy old tundra who honestly just wants to be left to his studies. Everyone knows the only reason he set up an institute for learning at all is for the additional access to research. When things go wrong, as they often do, he can claim absolutely no responsibility, blaming it often on the foolish experiments of the dragons beneath him. Considering the main 'draw point' of the entire institute is that dragons can study without anyone looking too heavily over their shoulders, or worrying about 'morality issues', his absence is probably the only way he can escape from that scrutiny.

Lastly, Benji. My custom Progen. She was not originally a dragon, making her a rather interesting point of study in herself, but has acclimated to her draconic body quite nicely. Her job is not of the academic sort, in fact, she rather despises the entire climate. She's the one who captures and collects the institute's main research interest: Magical anomalies. Combined elements, primal magic stores, dragons who have become corrupted by their own magical ability, you name it, she's going to be the one who either captures it, or takes it down. Her main goal is to keep Sornieth safe from those which could further corrupt it.

this is my baby girl, paloma! she was caught up in a big hurricane. she was looking outside and she saw a tiny bird, all alone in the hurricane. being the sweet little girl that she was, she went down to try and save it. she got struck by lightning and when she woke up, she had flashing lightning eyes and eternal youth. her bird had an eye on its chest. she took the bird as her familiar, named it isadore, and now she a happy baby!!

He deals with both the Prince and the Ringleader, though the Ringleader attempted to have him killed because of Omen's dealings with the Prince as well. To an extent, Omen is able to see the future, though not the exact one that will come true.

He was the Ringleader's prodigy, but he was sent to Wordurn to kill the Witch, but instead he found himself falling for the Witch. He spared the Witch's life and returned to the Ringleader with a deal instead. Eventually the Ringleader found out about his and Omen's relationship and attempted to have Akkan kill him once more, but Akkan ended up staying in the forest.

As the years passed and Akkan decided to stay in Wordurn, Embem was kidnapped by the Ringleader as a ransom for Akkan. When Omen refused and Akkan stayed in the forest, Embem was taken back with the Ringleader. He currently resides within the Ringleader's control.
