You are more than welcome to create a pack without owning/registering an Alpha/Beta prior ^_^ Packs are actually quite organized and can function on their own without the assist of an Alpha or so, so It is not uncommon to register non-leader raptors prior to adding in leaders!
But if you feel like that should be the case, you are more than welcome to make that a rule on your terms!

I would say those two are perfect Southerners! Although they may have terts that may be a few clicks away from the required scale, I'd say they are close enough to qualify :)

I am currently getting ready to do a purge of my lair, which includes my entire raptor pack. I'd like to remain on the pinglist though (if I'm not, how the heck did I forget to ask you to add me), as I may try and rebuild one later. This purge just happens to also be a major lore purge, and I would like to build a whole new pack for that as opposed to trying to shove my current one into brand new lore.
