For some reason I can't quite fathom, my lair is full of Arcane dragons (even when I prefer all other elements' aesthetic over this one's 0.o)

This is Arcaestain. His dad was born into a powerful Arcane family, and Arcaestain carries a lot of that lingering magical power. He's a prophet, and a powerful one at that-- he can learn a lot of details about a dragon just by looking at them, including name and flight (even if he hasn't seen their eyes or seen them cast).
He doesn't have particularly good relations with the tyrannical leader of the Wispwalkers, Moonlord, even though the Guardian once saved his life. Moonlord has invested a lot of time into trying to rectify that mistake.
Nonetheless, he usually manages to freely do his own thing, and so most of the magical mishaps are either caused by or involve him. It's not uncommon for him to accidentally drift too close to [url=http://flightrising.com/main.php?p=lair&id=336556&tab=dragon&did=43324897]the other psychic dragon in the clan[/url], causing them to both pass out from the magical feedback loop.

Not even Arcane, but Comet is the biggest Arcanist fanatic you'll ever meet. His pinkish color scheme led him to believe that he was meant to be Arcane, but somehow hatched as Fire. He spends his time obsessively worshipping the Arcanist and praying to him, hoping to get on the Deity's good side and be turned into an Arcane Dragon.
Any [i]actual[/i] Arcane Dragon knows and tries to convince him that it'll [i]never[/i] happen, but he'll just tell them to shut up and say they're unworthy of being Arcane if they doubt the Arcanist even a teeny little bit.
Nobody likes him.
