Hafwen remembers very clearly how he came to be what he is now. He came from an egg, as all dragons do. But what set him apart from most - was that he was in Plaguebringers care. He heard her whispers, her crazed laughs within the shell. Her ideals very much became his as that was all that he heard. When he finally burst out of the egg, Hafwen was greeted with darkness. Frankly, it felt like a cruel joke.
Until two bright red eyes looked down at him from way above. And a hellish grin spread across the creatures face as Hafwen's legs buckled.. Plaguebringer did not inspire love, but she was his mother nonetheless.
As he had finally come of age, Plaguebringer gifted him a mate - another pureblood plague dragon, one of her own. She tasked him to take over, to destroy the weak. "As we spread, we will thrive" Plaguebringer repeated. She popped one of her warts and marked him as the conqueror, the carrier of disease.
But his fate was different. What he felt for his new mate - at first disinterest, much later on love - birthed a clan. His thirst for blood weakened. He found no need for bloodshed or sickness. Hafwen actually enjoyed the role of the family's head. If anything, it became a passion to take care of others. Disgusted by his peaceful life, Plaguebringer cursed him and took away his firstborn. The pain made his mate go mad, but Hafwen's will did not bend to hers. So to this day, his clan is peaceful, but the bloodline will never continue on.[/center]

The true progenitor of the Unrepentant Clan is lost to history - but it is in Seafoam's territory that the wandering band of marauders first settled. She never sought to lead, and in fact, she does not. Leadership falls to the gladiator dragon Silverslash.
Seafoam cares little for the clan, only for her experiments in trap construction - and given her utter lack of anything resembling emotion, that's probably for the best.

[I]Many have heard the legends of what lurks underneath the Abiding Boneyard.
Victims lost to the river of Time, long forgotten relics, ancient horrors too evil to be spoken.
The story of our Progenitor is no different.
Some would say that he's a savage, others would say he's a savior. It all depends on what side the bone fell on. For some, it fell onto a deep and bitter wound. His name, Blightfall, comes from the anguish that was brought upon many that crossed paths with him.
I do not know much about Blightfall himself, just what stories follow in his wake. I wasn't even a mere hatchling when he and his mate founded Fellreach. One thing is certain, though: don't cross him or anyone in our clan.

He's harsh and callous when it comes to his clanmates' feelings, but his redeeming factor is that he prioritises their safety above all else; anyone that threatens his clan will be swiftly and ruthlessly dealt with.
