The Mordramia disease is an additional lore based disease that I developed soon after getting my Nocturne, Lucian. Below is an overview of what Mordramia is!Current Colors for Vampire ('Mutations') and our Ping List! Please add yourself if you're interested in joining when the group becomes official!

A Basic Overview of Mordramia
I wanted to make some Sornieth vampire lore to fit one of my first Nocturnes, Lucian, but it didn't quite fit in with Sornieth lore so I tweaked it! I looked at Lucian's Light eyes and developed how he got into my Shadow lair and how he came around to being a vampire dragon and I came up with the following:1. Normal unhatched egg taken from Light domain
2. Egg then experimented upon using a genetically modified disease found in Plague domain (So Lightning found a disease and wanted to tweak it and look into it ect)
3. Egg deemed a 'failure' due to darkening of the embryo inside and hardening of the egg surface (Thought that the baby inside had died/wouldn't be able to get out since the shell had hardened)
4. Egg dumped into Shadow domain and hatched into Lucian.
The disease can be spread via contact with bodily fluids.
I wanted to name the disease since it's quite important to the lore of vampire nocturnes so I looked up some latin words on google translate:
Dragon - draco
Vampire - lamia
Disease - morbus
I squished them together to make the word : 'Mordramia' which from the order of the squished words can be inferred as 'Disease Dragon Vampire'
I eventually hope to turn this into a breeding association for vampire dragons and perhaps a little bit of an RP thread.
Nocturnes are really batlike (which links to the stereotypical idea that vampires can change into bats) and they have those fang type things on their mouth.
Also thinking- since there's so many different 'types' of vampire, ranging from mysterious count to discoball McSparkleypants - that different vampire-esque color combos would make the vampire act in different ways and cause the initial disease to mutate into different strands.
