I may just be stupid, but I cannot for the life of me identify any references in your lair. But I immediately noticed Eileen here, which reminded me of Irene from Sherlock. And this is definitely what I imagine Irene to look like as a dragon.

It's so hard to try and find a reference in your lair aaaahhhh but perhaps this boy? A vague reference to the Welsh Arthurian figure of Gawain? The only reason is because his name is another spelling of the name, more than likely in Welsh.
