A frail dragon that was found by Dumorc close to death. His entire existence is defined by the older Imperial ever since he was 'saved' by him. To repay who he perceives to be his savior, Dents willingly uses his only useful skill to help the kingpin: his singing voice. With it he can command weaker minds to do what he wishes, though truthfully the skill has only been useful a handful of times.

As one of the higher ranking mercenaries, she has to fight to keep her place at the top, and reaffirms pecking order through brawls in the mess halls of the cursed hill.

One of Dumorc's top mercenaries. He's a stoic dragon who doesn't speak until spoken to and generally has an air of indifference about him, regardless of his true feelings. This can work against him in social situations, where he immediately excuses himself before inevitably committing some faux pas. He is also afflicted with gold-lust, going to great lengths to add to his hoard.

An intelligence agent and performer. He is often sent out to attend formal parties in Dumorc's stead as a representative for their business and to gather information during these galas. Adonis himself enjoys going to these festivities and charming his way through with his natural wit and parlor tricks. Though not the strongest of the crime syndicate, he is certainty capable of holding his own when necessary.

Pyotr is an odd combination of playful and seemingly wise beyond his years. He wanders from town to town, admiring the intricacies of life wherever he goes. Often, however, he is sent to some towns to report back to Dumorc on his findings. Though he doesn't truly enjoy working for the old dragon, he is too complacent in his position to do anything else.

Reclusive and cryptic, Mirror is permanently stationed in the Southern Icefield to observe the political situation of the realm as a whole and see if there are any places perfect to bring into the fold of the criminal empire. She says little more than what's absolutely necessary and her voice is hoarse from disuse, a side effect of the near solitude she lives in. Her motives are as unknown as everything else about her, so her reports are always finely combed by Verigost.

Dumorc, searching for a new place to call, if not 'home', then 'headquarters', thought it perfect for him and his newly acquired empire.[/columns]
[columns][font=calibri]He gave a handsome sum to a construction group to hollow out the cursed hill and to keep silent about the job. It was done quickly and discreetly, though he did end up needing to kill some dragons and their associates — not all of them though; contrary to popular belief, he [i]did[/i] know the meaning of subtlety. The hill was hollowed out, and within its chambers, grand rooms and halls were constructed, each clearly worth literal tons of coin, more money than one dragon could hope to see in their lifetime. Dumorc directed how these rooms were built in the very beginning, but he quickly grew tired of having to tell others what to do and how to do it, so eventually he said [i]'do whatever you want, just stop bothering me.'[/i]
So that's what was done. More and more rooms and halls were built, descending down into the bowels of the earth, the air within becoming oppressive as the construction crew and the miners and whoever else had been conscripted into this endeavor continued to dig and design and build and reinforce. The mindset quickly changed from quality to quantity, and from careful planning to quick production.
The result is an interesting maze of a domain. The first five or so levels of Morcsbury are elegant and lived in, many of it's visitors and dwellers not bothering to go much lower into the base. These top levels have all a dragon might need to live a comfortable and spoiled life. The walls and furniture are clearly Victorian-styled, to use an Earth term. Red, black, and gold accents are the most prominent colors here, creating an interesting and somewhat ominous atmosphere for the unfamiliar. The furnishings tend to be more varied in their style; only a portion of them are Victorian, while a great many of them seem to have been acquired from across the globe without mind to what would or wouldn't fit. Travel far down enough, the rooms are empty, the halls washed out and in a dull, sickly yellow, everything in a state of monochrome except for you and whatever ever-lit lighting Dumorc bothered paying for. The walls start to crack at the seams. Some of the floors have odd stains that are without color, just darker patches of yellow.
Even further down, into the deep hidden chambers of Dumorc's maze, other physical masses can finally be found. But there is no rhyme or reason to them. Toys and mirrors and baskets and all manner of physical objects can be found within these rooms. Fountains, chairs, artifacts, books, artworks, all the cultural refuse of Sornieth seem to have made their way into the lowest levels of Morcsbury, all seemingly drained of their color and muted under the artificial light installed in the ceilings. How they're there is a mystery yet to be solved.
