Hello! ;v; Sorry to be a bother! I've been trying to sell my art for 2 months straight now and I've only gotten one person interested as of yet. However, I see other art posts and the comments are full of people actually buying art instead of a million and one 'Bump!' posts like mine.
So; I propose this question:
[b] How much would YOU pay for my art? [/b]
I'll compare the responses (if any) to the prices I've had up and judge from there whether I'm doing something wrong or not ^^; Art is really the only thing I can rely on for a source of income yet it isn't quite working out so it's kind of discouraging, haha.
My deviantart is squiddikin.deviantart.com but I'll throw some examples out here so you don't have to go digging through my gallery if you don't want to c:

Also;; [b]I have figured out how to touch up the picture & make the background transparent in Sai. So; if your argument is 'people tend to not like traditional art; try selling digital!' please know that though I can do digital art, it's too time consuming and I prefer traditional ^^; However,
if someone could explain why traditional art is so unappealing even after the background is cleaned up, please tell me. ;v;[/b]

I think your problem might be that you're not advertising it enough. Most people with art shops will make a banner and put it in their signature. That way, they get free advertising every time they post. Your signature doesn't lead to anything.
Another thing - I think you have too many uncolored examples. You want to put your best foot forward and only give people the best pictures upfront, so it might be a good idea to shave off the weakest 1 or 2 uncolored pictures from your example list.
Also, there are not enough dragons. Most people on here are looking for artwork of dragons and humans. Your colored examples are a fox and a fantasy creature (is it a dragon too? I can't tell). Either way, it might be a good idea to make a fully colored
FR Dragon example since that's what people are looking to buy.
Its like if you're trying to make sales on a furry website like furaffinity. Sure, you might be a fantastic still life artist, but no one's going to commission you for their fursona if all they see is fruit. Gotta consider the audience and all that.

I would pay around 50k t for a drawing like the doggy one XD but im not really interested in human art so I couldn't tell you about that :)
