I'm learnin'! :)[/b] ----- Rediscovered my tablet, decided to make assets for my D&D campaign, hijinks ensued. While the campaign is over now, I keep filling the world. There's also a lot of other random art, dragons and sketches and the like. Consider it the adventures of a software engineer picking up the pen after years away. Not all art makes it into the first post. Some shameful, shameful things (and also art I did for other threads) live around here. [size=6][font=futura]Wastes[/size][/font] The monsters of the wastes are particularly grotesque, their bodies bloated and decaying. Many possess forms that blatantly ignore conventional physics. Standard detection spells (life, unlife, automata) all fail to reveal them, leaving some doubt as to their nature. All possess opaque grey-white eyes and are known to form multi-"species" packs. [img]http://i.imgur.com/ma8a9hg.png[/img] [size=6][font=futura]Jungle[/size][/font] The monsters of the jungle are a bit less repulsive than those of the wastes. They tend to be smaller, employ camouflage, and avoid combat where possible. There are exceptions, though, and the corpses of those caught unawares are an excellent fertilizer. The orange background indicates "Wasteland" monsters, but my delightfully unpredictable players are discussing scrapping their "raid the nightmarish hellscape wastes" plan for a "visit the lush and inviting jungle" plan. Figure I might as well assemble a welcome party for them :3
