He was born with the attributes necessary to protect himself; eyes to see all around him, powerful wings to carry him away from danger, sharp claws and teeth to protect him from enemies. He was a wanderer; happy to explore all the world had to offer but always wondering if there was a family with space for him. One day, he felt an urge towards a particular cove in The Sunbeam Ruins. "Hello!" A young dragon looked at him in interest from her place beside a tidal pool. "Have you come to study the sealife?" Eirys was a scholar and tinkerer, with an assertive personality. She had a tendency towards exuberant impulsiveness. Cynfael basked in her light and vowed to the Lightweaver that the darkness he believed lived within him would never taint her joy in life. Together, they created many dragons that decided to join their Lady Light, and some that went too soon. After their losses, they realized that while their bond will never end, the nature of it had evolved. Now they teach young warriors how to survive the dangers of the world, so that when they leave the lair, they can serve the Lightweaver with pride and joy. Recently, Cyn has felt an itchiness under his skin, as if it wasn't sitting quite right. He has started to take up periods of quiet contemplation, reading through the dozens of scrolls and books in the lair in an effort to learn more about the ways of life, hoping to understand the reason for his restlessness. In a dusty corner of the library, Cynfael found a book that mentioned a scroll which contained a prayer, one that only the most desperate and devout would contemplate uttering. If the Lightweaver found one to be sincere in their prayer, She has the ability to change the outside to match the inside. Lair Goal

My long term lair theme is to have one of each breed in each colour range. A maxed out lair gives me 10 pages of 20 slots each. 10 ranges, 14 breeds, first 2 slots of each page for Embodiment and mate, leaves me with 40 slots for teams, non-compliance dergs, and fodder.
