All costs include the price of blueprints. Payment is required only when the preorder list is filled and I am ready to submit the accent/skin. All payments must be up-front so that I can purchase blueprints. I am happy to work out payment plans if necessary. Please PM me to discuss this. If you pay early, I will leave your payment attached to the message until I need it, so I will be able to provide a refund if you change your mind. However, after submission, all payments are final. If a skin/accent is rejected, I would first and foremost try to fix it and re-submit, and would ask if you if you are still happy to buy the accent in its new form. If you change your mind at this stage, you would receive a [u]full refund[/u]. Similarly, if a skin/accent was not created for any reason, you would receive a [u]full refund[/u]. Once the accent has been sent to you, it is yours to do with as you see fit. I will not be offended if you give away or sell on my skins/accents. [b]My gem:treasure conversion rate is 1:800 as of 12th June 2016.[/b] However, I may need to change this in line with current trends, and reserve the right to do so at short notice. Ohh I actually really like this, it's an awesome idea just to accent the manes there
I would love to get put on the reserve list

(PS: I can't resist taking a peek at people's lairs, and I just looked at yours, and gosh you have some beautiful dragons! I love your Loki and Loufeyson dragons, but actually, all of your Marvel/Norse dragons are epic. The circuit + steampunk apparel on Tony is perfect. But actual, I think my favourite is Fandral, haha! Accent + apparel + rose = perfection. ^-^)

I like it's simplicity, to be honest, and simple mane accents like this are perfect for some of my dragons who's secondaries don't fit what I wish their manes looked like.
I'd even see these doing well in other natural colors too!

(Ahh, thanks! Tony was my newest addition heh, I'm still kind of deciding on apparel for him still. And I'm really glad you like Fandral! I think I'm the most proud of him to be honest, I really had fun picking out apparel, and the rose...well that was completely necessary for that 'dashing' fellow~ Thanks!)
