The only structure higher than the impressive walls is the castle nestled in the city itself. There it stands, engraved with tales of past told on its walls. Tall stained windows reflect the light that seeps through. The city itself is immense and crowded; citizens flock to the many shops and stalls that are housed here.

Towering metal walls house the inner circles. The large, expansive city has numerous gates; each has their own guards situated in towers nearby. Upon entry, one would find themselves in the outer circle. Houses and shops line the streets leaving little space for much else. Nearing the center, the inner circle (where most nobles are housed) surrounds the castle where the royals have lived for hundreds of years.

Pearl gates stand as the entrance while stone steps lead past these colourful flowers. Upon either side there are fountains; stone guardians spew the water that flows into the faux river that flows through.

By tradition, the ruling Monarch chooses who these dragons are and how many there should be.
The three pillars of the council (the Monarch, Heir and Overseer) have the most influence and power over the entire county. The Monarch's power takes precedence over all. The Heir only has power over Overseer and those below this rank upon reaching adulthood. Prior to this, they have standard power over his/her citizens; and though they are treated as one of the pillars, they do not in fact have the realised power yet.

Though some have succeeded in surfacing her history (Ren) to many more it remains a mystery. Her indomitable sense of pride ensures that anyone that opposes her will be relentlessly hounded by Equinox; whether that be by speech, or in extreme cases, fights.
Her talents lie in magic and its wonders. Though few have witnessed it, to those that have seen it claim that it's completely new to anything they've seen before. Equinox can manipulate her environment and cause mass illusions that appear so vivid that it would take a trained eye to see the reality she warps. Her offensive magic is just as potent; with minimal effort she can tear hostiles asunder. Equinox's magic is usually a light blue that envelops her body and often concentrates on her wing spots. Some streams of light stray from her and eventually fade into the air.

P1 Jail
“You deserve worse.” With one last menacing look, a jailor slammed the door and left. A young wildclaw left behind in the cell immediately clasped the bars in front of her, desperate to have her say.
“I’m not lying! Ytina has got you all deceived!” Her shouts echoed down the hall, but no reply came. Coda huddled her wings together; her ebony silhouette lied still on the cold ground.

Coda awoke, still disorientated from her unpleasant sleep; she looked up and winced in response to the blinding sun peering through a tall prison window. As her eyes adapted, she looked at the cell that was now her home - a stone prison caked with dust and debris.
“Breakfast.”
A tray was chucked through the bars hastily. Coda unfolded her monochrome wings and crept closer with curiosity. The “breakfast” was some sort of blue substance that wobbled ever so slightly when moved. Coda prepped a single talon above the center of the goo then tore of a chunk of it and put it into her mouth.
“Eugh. Like I was expecting it to be tasty…” She commented to herself. Upon finishing her lacklustre meal, she retreated to the furthest corner of her cell and reflected.

It seemed as if the guards did not do a thorough job (such was the state of the authority in Ytina). Immense glee cast over her face as she pulled out the tiny lock pick.

P1 Jail
“You deserve worse.” With one last menacing look, a jailor slammed the door and left. A young wildclaw left behind in the cell immediately clasped the bars in front of her, desperate to have her say.
“I’m not lying! Ytina has got you all deceived!” Her shouts echoed down the hall, but no reply came. Coda huddled her wings together; her ebony silhouette lied still on the cold ground.

Coda awoke, still disorientated from her unpleasant sleep; she looked up and winced in response to the blinding sun peering through a tall prison window. As her eyes adapted, she looked at the cell that was now her home - a stone prison caked with dust and debris.
“Breakfast.”
A tray was chucked through the bars hastily. Coda unfolded her monochrome wings and crept closer with curiosity. The “breakfast” was some sort of blue substance that wobbled ever so slightly when moved. Coda prepped a single talon above the center of the goo then tore of a chunk of it and put it into her mouth.
“Eugh. Like I was expecting it to be tasty…” She commented to herself. Upon finishing her lacklustre meal, she retreated to the furthest corner of her cell and reflected.
