Got the same issue as the user above:

@Aequorin Mine is stuck on the same trade! I can click trade infinitely but no treasure gets added and the item isn't removed. The item is White Queen, for the record.
EDIT: On Chrome.
EDIT 2: Second time logging out/closing window/logging in made it work. Good luck chasing down the bugs!

chrome/win8/wireless/home laptop, did hard refresh

The issue seems to replicate every time I go back to Crim main page to try for new offer.

I think everyone have the same problem with this.
I cleared catche, i have wireless network and I'm using chrome.

EDIT: oddly enough I just kept logging out, clearing cache, opening new window, logging in again and trying it, and after 3 times doing this process it started working. Odd that it took the same process more than once to get it, but I'm just glad it works again.

cleared cache, hard refresh, logged out & in, new window, tried all and got this error as soon as I clicked New offer each time

I never use Internet Explorer but tried loading FR and logging in there using the same computer, cleared cache anyways, same error it seems:
