Aaaand we're off to a fresh start over here in new digs. Score one for double-checking when the new AH opened and thus realizing there *was* a new auctions-only forum or something? I'unno. Took advantage of "move" to streamline things a bit, I really only breed gen2 imperials these days so might as well tidy things up. No radical changes to my own spin on the sales process, though I at least *tried* to clarify the bid freeze shenanigans a bit more (might stave off maybe half a dozen questions about that *cough*). Given the thread reboot I'm "resetting" the clock on all the auctions, so they're all on AB freeze until the end of today.
As an added bonus, partly for "Hey new thread" quasi-celebration and partly for "you can't buy holiday skins with gems", any *TREASURE* ABs that reach the point of Crossroads requests being sent out by 22:00ST 02/25 will get a 5% discount applied. So if you place an AB request for 300k during the freeze window and nobody outbids you or at any point between 00:30-21:59ST on Saturday, I'd Crossroads said dragon for 285k. Gem bids are not affected, nor will treasure bids placed after 22:01ST 02/25. (Please don't try to apply the discount in your AB total, that will just confuse things. :-P I'll let people know which AB requests meet the requirements, handle the discount in the trade request, and post announcing the ending {though I make no promises that post will be precisely on time}.)
