Is there a limit to how often I can ping the lists?
In order to be mindful of other users we request that you avoid pinging the lists more than three times within a 24 hour period. If you have multiple dragons that you wish to ping for, please consider grouping them into one single thread where possible.
Can I ping multiple times for the same dragon?
You may re-ping for a dragon if you are changing sales type between pings. E.g. initially pinging for an interest check and then re-pinging for an auction a few days later. If you are not changing sales type and wish to re-ping please wait at least a few months in between pings for the same dragon.
How do I edit or remove an entry?

You can submit a
removal form which provides you with the option to either remove yourself completely from the General Pinglists or to remove yourself from individual lists. Please note that the forms are not automatic and there will be some delay between submission and the removal taking place. If it has been more than 24hrs please let the team know in the thread.

Please comment in the thread which entries you wish to edit or remove and a member of the team will make the changes for you. You do not need to ping us, we are subscribed.
How do I search for my current entries?
Entries can be viewed in the
submission checker sheet. Enter your ID into the relevant tab to generate results. Please note that it can take a few seconds to load as the data is imported from the back end database.
I have a suggestion, how can I communicate this to you?
Anonymously through the
suggestions form. This is monitored on a sporadic basis.

X new site feature isn't available yet, how soon will it be added?
