RULES: rules are subject to change, but trust me, I'm reasonable, and very customer-inclined.

• Please no super extraordinarily detailed characters or dragons. If you have one that's extremely accessorized, I'll do my best to incorporate genes or clothing so that it's minimal, but recognizable. I may charge more for armor, or other intricate details.
• You MUST provide a visual reference. I can't work based off of text.
• You are allowed to post, use, or share your purchased image on any website or application that you like, so long as my name [RK8CON] isn't removed from the original image. If you use it for social media, please credit me @rk8con.tumblr.com or here on Flight Rising.

DISCLAIMERS:

• PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME, but rest assured, if we already agreed on a price, I'm not going to raise it on you. If any point I raise it while you're on the ping list, I'll make sure you're aware of the changes before confirming your order.
• I RESERVE THE RIGHT to post the finish products on my art thread as examples, and to post them to my social medias to showcase my art. (If you provide your social media link, I don't mind tagging or linking you if I post something.)
• I RESERVE THE RIGHT to decline or cancel any commissions. (Please see below)

REFUND POLICY:

• YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY UP FRONT. I will only ASK to be paid once the product is finished, but you're welcome to pay in advance if you'd like to secure your spot, or make the process go by quicker.
• REFUNDS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED IF THE WORK HAS NOT BEGUN. Partial refunds can be issued if you need it cancelled, and I've already begun working. This depends on how far I've progressed, to my judgement. HOPEFULLY, this will not happen.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
I will not confirm your payment (via CR or Paypal) until the product is finished. If you haven't paid, you'll be able to see a marked up preview of the image so that most of it is obscured, before it's given to you in it's entirety. Once payment is received, you'll receive the full image.
(If you pay up front, this step is skipped entirely)

If for any reason you're dissatisfied with your product, let me know how I can fix it for you. If I have to severely revise the image from it's original state, I may ask for additional payment. HOWEVER, this isn't likely to happen. If I'm unsure of something, I'll send a progress picture and ask for advice from you.

I ask that you give me at least two weeks to get back to you with progress. I'm usually pretty fast with work but I have several health conditions that can impede my art process. Again, I can refund if necessary. I PROMISE I will NOT take your money without a product given to you.
