I think the apparels of your dragon are not so complicated that I can do most of them. (1-2 items could be not selected)

Anyway the basic price for adult dragon fullbody is 3,000g,
additional price is 1,000g for multigaze and sunchaser,
if you want to add more apparels it is 1,000g more. So maximum 5,000g.
